Rachael Cook
Rachael Cook, born October 4 1979 was an American actress. She has starred with the Baby-Sitters' Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) as well as the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart voices her. Rachael Cook was the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, an ex-stand-up comic who is now a social worker, as well as JoAnn Cook, who is a cook instructor and weaver. She is a part-Italian and from Italian descent. Cook was just seven years old when she was featured in a public announcement about foster care. At age 10, Cook began working as a child printer model and was featured in national Target advertisements and on Milk Bone dog biscuits. She was educated at Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also was a student at Minneapolis South High School.
