Winona Ryder, professionally Winona Ryder, was born in Winona Minnesota. Her parents named her after the town she grew up in. Michel Horowitz was her father as well as Cynthia Palmer, his mother, were both authors and editors. Ryder is a Jew. Ryder believes that her father had an ethnically Jewish background. The actress has a younger brother Uria and two half-siblings Jubal as well as Sunyata. Ryder's parents moved out of Mendocino County to California in the year she turned seven aged. There was no electricity. Ryder was an avid read and would spend her days reading books because there was no television. Morgan Fairchild (born PatsyAnn McClenny February. 3, 1950) is an iconic American actress. She gained prominence between late 1970s until the mid-80s, when she was featured in various television shows, and generally featured glamorous looks. Fairchild was first noticed in The CBS morning soap Search for Tomorrow as Jennifer Pace from 1973 to 1977. She played Jenna Wade in 1978, the first time a woman did this. In 1980 she took the lead role in Flamingo Road (NBC), in which she was awarded an Golden Globe Award nomination for the Best Actress - Television Series Drama. The following year, she co-starred on ABC's short-lived, primetime soap Paper Dolls before appearing as a character in Falcon Crest as attorney Jordan Roberts from 1985 until the year 1986. Fairchild is also an actor in the theatre, and has appeared on TV shows like Murphy Brown, for which she was awarded an Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Guest Actor in Comedy Series.
