Emily Bett Rickards was born in July 1991. She is a Canadian actor best known as Felicity in The CW's TV show Arrow. Rickards is an British Columbia native. Beginning on her career path from a young age she began to explore dance and theatre with the hope of later taking on more serious acting. She graduated from the Acting Essentials Program through the Vancouver Film School after graduating from high school. After finishing the program she auditioned for an open audition, which led to an agent for booking. She studied at her school, the Alida Vocal Studio in Vancouver.
